Eligibility for Refunds
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at support@siweja.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
For damaged or incorrect items, Siweja will cover the shipping cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
